UPSC stands for Union Public Service Commission and it is conducts the various examination every year and you have to apply for the examination as per your eligibility. UPSC Conducts these examinations every year :

~~ NDA (National Defence Academy examination) : This examination is Conducted by UPSC, Twice in a year and to apply for this examination you have to complete your 12Th examination and your age should between 16.5 to 19 years. For this year NDA (I) Examination notification was already declared and last date of apply for this examination was already over, the examination will be held soon on 15/April/2012.

~~ CDS (Combined Defence Services Examination) : This examination is also conducted by UPSC, Twice in a year and to apply for this examination you have to complete your Graduate degree course and your age should not be more than 25 years. This year CDS (I) Examination was already completed and the notification of CDS (II) will be published soon on 02/June/2012.

~~ Civil Services Examination : The last date of apply for this year CSAT Examination was also Over and the examination is Conducted soon on 20/May/2012, If you have also missed the chance then please apply for this examination next year.

~~ IES Examination : You can also apply for Indian Engineering services examination, if you have completed your Engineering degree course and to apply for this examination your age should between 21 to 30 years, the last date of apply for this examination is 09/April/2012.

candidate should be a Graduate in any specialization from recognized Institute.

-You must be a citizen of India.

Eligibility criteria for IFS:
Age limit is 21-30 years.
