sir,presently I am doing my M.Sc. in Chemical Science from Gauhati University.I have the following questions for you:
1)what are the different exams conducted by UPSC in the field of chemistry?
Please give me informations about the entrance exams valid for the students of chemistry background.
2)Please give me info. about the top-level guidebooks,magazines which can help me in cracking such exams.
3)Are the previous years" solved question papers available? How can I get those?

If you want to get job form UPSC in the field of Chemistry then You can go the Job for Food Inspector, IFS exams i.e. Indian Forest Exams and IAS/IPS exams also.

You can take Chemistry as a Subject in IAS Mains Exams.

You should go for the NCERT for the basic knowledge of Chemistry because it covers whole UPSC syllabus.

They can apply for Common Defense Exam conducted by UPSC. Another exam conducted by UPSC for graduates is Indian Administrative Services (IAS).
