If you can consider the short form of IFS then both are correct but for Indian Foreign Services recruitment is done through civil service examination but for Indian Forest Service a separate examination is conducted by UPSC for recruitment of officers for forest jobs in India

Indian Forest service requirement:
UPSC conduct the IFS exam once in a year .
Graduation or equivalent qualification required to apply for the exam.
The age required for the exam between 21 to 30 year.
upper age relaxed for OBC , SC/ST & certain other categories.
The candidate should be a citizen of India.
Indian Foreign Service:
The Indian foreign service is part of the central civil service of the Government of India. The Foreign Secretary of India is the administrative head of the Indian Foreign Service.
The eligibility criteria same for both.

IFS means Indian Forest Service. UPSC conducts IFS Examination annually. For IFS Examination, only those candidates are eligible those who have completed the graduation degree in Botany or Zoology or Chemistry or Mathematics or Statistics or Geology or Husbandary or Agriculture or Engineering.Age limit fixed for IFS Examination is 21-30 years for general category, 21-33 years for obc category, 21-35 years for SC/ST category.
