UPSC stands for Union Public Services Commission. It is India Level Exam. Through UPSC you can get the posts like IAS, IPS, IFS etc.
MPSC stands for Maharashtra Public Services Commission. It is State Level Exam. It is conducted in Maharashtra.

MPSC stands for Maharashtra public services commission
while upsc as you know stands for union public services commision
the main difference between MPSC and UPSC is that upsc conducts national level exams through which aspirants gets job throughout the country while MPSC conducts state level examinations through which students gets jobs within the state Maharashtra .
but the eligibility criteria for the exams are same for both.
