    dear
    APSC and MPSC are conducted for posts in state government here assam and madhya pradesh respectively,however UPSC is conducted for posts in central government.
    apart from this you need to be a domiciled citizen of that state while in UPSC you need to be a citizen of India.
    thank you

    Dear, There is only one different is the MPSC is the state government entrance exam and the upsc is the center level entrance exam. The term and conditions like as the qualification, age and system of the exam is same procedure. The difference is the fee structure of the exam. Which candidate clear the exam through state level then his posting also in the same state but which candidate is clear the exam through center level then his posting in anywhere in the India. The power and the salary according to post. For MPSC and UPSC exam the qualification requirement:_ Candidate must have graduate in any stream from the recognized university which is approved by the ugc/aicet. Age limit for the exam 21 to 30 years for the unreserved category. Best of luck for the exam.

    look friend,

    Assam public service commission is working only for the govt of

    Assam and conducting the exams ffor only jobes in aasam state,

    not for all the country.

    Assam public service commission organize the exams for the post of ,

    tahsildar, food officer , district collector, district cmo .....................

    While the upsc (union public service commission ) is a central govt. body

    which conducts the examination for the whole country and for the central

    govt jobs .

    it conducts the examination like :-

    * combined defence services.
    * combined medical services.
    * indian police services .
    * indian civil services.
    * indian forest service.
    * national defence academy
    .
    .
    .
    .
    .
    . etc.............

    in shortly upsc relesed jobs for central govt and psc(S) releases jobs for their states only.
