PROCEDURE TO FILL UP APPLICATION FORM OF CPF EXAM:-
You can apply for 2 ways.
1)ONLINE
2)OFFLINE
For ONLINE MODE: Visit the website http://www.upsconline.nic.in
Resister there & all the rules & regulations are available in this website.
For OFFLINE MODE:-
-You have to purchase the application form.
-For general male candidates, the form costs Rs 100/- for online & Rs 200/- for offline mode.
-But the female candidates & reservation category candidates need not pay any amount for the form.
-For them it is fee of cost.
-The application forms are available in designated head post office.
-Or You can also get the form through post by sending request letter.
For ONLINE form fill up, candidate must read the instruction which are available in UPSC website.
In OFFLINE mode, candidates must fill up the form with their own handwriting.
All the information to fill up the form are written in the manual.
The information written by the candidates must be correct & must match with official records.
Application form must reach to the U.P.S.C. center before due date.

Go on www.upsconline.nic.in , do read instruction register yourself by filling required fields , you have to pay Rs. 100 either by net-banking/debit/credit card or by challan in specified bank. after payment then you have to upload your PHOTO & signature.
other mode till last year is both online & offline though this year's notification still not come.

you have to purchase a hard copy of form from the nearest head postoffice costing you Rs. 200 in the form CRf stamp Got cancelled from the any post office.
