SSB is service selection board conducts selection exams for armed forces in india.
SSB exam is of 5 days which includes written, personality test, personal interview, screening test, psychological tests, group activities and discussions.

SSB is service selection board
this board conduct 5 day exam after qualifing the written test of AFCAT or CDSE
there may direct SSB in some departements
ssb 5 day exam have 2 days of elimination round
on the 1st screening takes place and in the last there will be elimination on that day.
in the remaining 4 days there will be interview and tasks.
and on the fifth day there will be conferencing and elimination round.
at last there will be merit list and your selection will be confirmed.
S.S.B. means Service Selection Board.
It has two stages.
Candidates who have completed stage 1 are called for stage 2 & to stay there for another 4 days otherwise they are sent back.
