After completing 10th class, you have to complete 12th class then get admission in bachelor's degree course from a reputed institute and complete it because graduation is the minimum and mandatory qualification to apply for IAS examination so firs of all you need to focus on your bachelor's degree and you may also apply for this exam after coming in final year of graduation because this is accepted by board but only for preliminary examination and your age also should not be less than 21 years and more than 30 years to apply for this examination
You should begin your preparation for civil service examination from first year of your bachelor's degree and if possible then you must join any good coaching institute for this exam because if you will be under guidance from starting of this journey then you may learn more about the world and if you concentrate on the theory and concepts of the teachers and follow them, then you may easily get your goal but you have to give more time for the preparation because this is not a normal competitive examination, this is a most tough competitive examination in India so you have to prepare according to that
I have attached official notification and you will get all information about this exam as selection procedure, syllabus, examination pattern etc. so please download and get more information
