Sorry friend after 10th you can not become an IAS officer.
After 10th you should complete your intermediate and then your graduation.
Then you can apply for the Civil Service exam for the post of IAS, IPS or IRS.
This exam is conducted by the Union Public Service Commission.
to apply for the civil service exam your age should be 21 to 30 years.
You must be the citizen of India.
You can apply for the civil service exam through Online application form.

You are not eligible for civil services exams (IAS) after 10th. You must be a graduate from any UGC recognized university and your should be 21 to 30 years. You must be a citizen of India. And always remember that you have got fixed chances or attempts for IAS. For example if you are a general category candidate than you can write 4 times only after that you are not allow to sit in the exam.

Sorry Dear you can't apply right now because graduation is the minimum eligibility criteria for this exam and you are completed 10th only.
Firstly complete your graduation then you are eligible for Appearing the exam of IAS.
IAS exam is famous asa CSAT exam this exam is conducted by UPSC once in a year,
There are some eligibility criteria for this exam
Candidate should be graduated from recognized university
final year candidate can also apply
there is no limit of percentage marks
Age of the candidate should be 21 to 30 year,
there are age relaxation provided to the category candidate
OBC - 3 years
SC/ST - 5 years
PH - 10 Years
Nationality Should be Indian
Attempt Restricted Limit
general candidate can attempt only 4 times
OBC candidate can attempt only 7 times
SC/ST can attempt unlimited number of time

Candidate must be Graduate from any recognized university with any subject and any percentage
Age Limitation:
For General Category : 21-30 years
For OBC Category : 21-33 years
For SC/ST category : 21-35 years
Number of attempts:
For General 4
For OBC 7
For SC/ST No Limits
So dear you must complete your Graduation for this examination after then you can apply.

But
After 12th you can try NDA or SCRA exams.

Dear if you want to become IAS officer in your future then you need to have following qualification and age :
Must posses a bachelor's degree from a recognized university and if you pursue final year of your graduation or wait for your final year result then also you may apply for this exam
Age must be between 21-30 years and relaxation in upper age as per government guidelines which is 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, 10 years for PWD and 5 years for Ex-Servicemen
Dear you are pursuing class 10th or 11th and now you have not decided that what to choose which could make my career better in future so that dear you may choose any subject according to your interest and complete your study of class 12th which are from board or CBSE then you should choose any relevant subject to complete your graduation so that you would not face any problem while preparing for your degree exams or UPSC civil service exams
If you get admission in any degree course so that you should join any good coaching institute to prepare for IAS exam with your degree studies because it would be useful and profitable for you in your career that you are preparing for civil services exams with your studies and you would be prepared for at least 2 years before the exam and when you qualify your previous years and comes in final year then you must apply for this exam try to check your level that what and how you are preparing for this exam and try to get qualified at once.
