There is no matter how many no. you gained in 10th.
There is little bit matter of 12th class no. there should be 50% above.
And in graduation you have to observe something 60% min. marks.
But with this you should to study hard and regular also .

Let me tell you that there is no such percentage criteria.
IPS,IAS,IFS all civil services fall under one exam named as CSAT(Civil Service Aptitude Test).
Now this exam educational qualification required for applying in CSAT is Graduation from any stream.
So there si no such concept of percentage in 10,10+2,Graduation.
You do not need to maintain any percentage in Graduation even to apply for CSAT.
So there should not be any question of class 10,10+2.
