Dear friend,
For the exams conducted by the commission next year you have to first wait for the notification.
You have to mandatorly fill the application online from the website:
www.upsconline.nic.in
No other mode of application will be entertained by the commission.
Generally once the notification is out the forms will be available online for the students to fill.so first wait for the notification.
The date of notification will be given in the commission's website itself. In the calendar of exams you can find it.
To know the dates of various exam.do the following:
1)go to www.upsc.gov.in
2)click on the tab "examinations"
3)you will have detailed timetable where you can find the exam dates,last date for filling etc.
The notifications will be published in the employment newspaper.
so you can apply accordingly through the online mode but wait for the notification first.

You can visit www.upsc.gov.in then select the examination tab
then select the Calendar for Examinations in year 2013 in english language.
You will get all the required details there.

UPSC has issued the academic calendar for the year 2013.You can visit the official website of UPSC that is http://www.upsc.gov.in .
After visiting the site ,click on the examination link then on the academic calendar for the year 2013.From the academic calendar you can find the important dates regarding your desired examinations.
After that if you wish you apply for the examination then visit http://www.upsconline.nic.in.Fill the online form of your exam.

The exam notification may be published in the month of December-2102 or January 2013.
The preliminary exam held in the month of May this year.
You fill the application form after one month to publish the notification of the exam.
You can apply the application form by two way
One is the online method, upsc official website www.upsc.gov.in
Second is the off line method, you purchase the application form and pay the fee through CRF ticket.
For the civil service exam candidate must have complete the graduation in any stream.
The age limit for the exam is 21 to 30 years
Chance to attempt the exam is 4times for unreserved category.
Age relaxation and chance to attempt the increase for the reserve category.
