I'm completing my BE in june 2013,but my Result will be at the last week of Augest,if i'll pass the Pre Exam,can i eligibal to fill the Main Exam form widout final year result??

A student who is in his final year of graduation can apply for preliminary exam. But you have to complete your graduation before mains exam and provide a proof from your institution that you have passed the final examination for the award of degree.
Since you are going to complete your Engineering degree in 2013 june, you can definitely apply for UPSC prelims in may 2013. applications will be called for january or february month.
Suppose you clear preliminary exam, while filling application form for mains, you have to submit a copy of letter from the concerned institute that you have cleared the final examination and completed all requirements and are eligible for the award of Engineering degree. Since you have stated that results will be in August, kindly approach your institute if they can give your results in advance. Prelims result will be declared in 1st week of august. within 20 days thereafter you have to fill application form. So approach your institute if they can give your result in advance.

You are eligible for the mains exam without passed the graduation but condition is that when the final step verification of the documents comes then you have graduation

passed degree certificate and other necessary documents. If you have not the qualification certificate then your application is rejected by the upsc without giving any

notice. So you have the degree certificate, category certificate and other qualification and necessary certificate in the last step. Otherwise you face the problem.

UPSC allows the candidates to give civil service exam who are appearing in final year of graduation.

UPSC plan CSE once in a year at national level for the most powerful jobs of India.

In this year CS examination is in process.
