the optional subject fill after clearing the preliminary exam. when you clear the preliminary exam then you fill the application form for the mains exam and put up the mains exam. if one time you submit the application form for the mains exam then you cannot change the optional subject. so be carefully when you fill the application form, firstly read the instruction carefully then fill the application form
