wait for upsc to announce, and after the announcement go to the web www.upsc.gov.in and read the notification carefully. the application form will be fill-up by online mode, it is very easy and normal process just keep your scanned photo and signature ready for uploading

Hello frnds,

Its simple just go this site www.upsc.gov.in and according to instruction you can fill application online for civil service prlims exam - 2013. If you are belongs to SC/ST category then you don't need to pay fees. But if you come under general or OBC category then you have to pay 200 Rs,/- through debit card, credit card or net banking.

hello my friend,

UPSC has declare date of civil Service exam date that is 19th may 2013 and u have to fll the form now and for that:

1. u have to just registration on UPSC.gov.in site and there u have registration column.

2. and for civil services exam u have to take form from ur nearest post office other wise it will not valid and also photocopy will not allow.

3. and other info u can get from post office only ..

there is nothing online and allll.

Please wait for the Announcement of filling form by UPSC than you go to the website www.upsc.gov.in where you find a link for online application. Please be ready for the scanned photograph and signature. I want to tell you that notification for this exam will be coming soon because UPSC post a notice for this on his site because tentative date for this exam was 02-02-2013. So keep your eyes open and visit on the above prescribed website regularly.

Dear Aspirant!
You have to be apply ONLINE application for Civil service examination - 2013, by visiting the official web site of http://upsconline.nic.in.
Online applications will b start after the releasing of Advertisements regarding Civil services 2013 only.

###The filling of online application consists of two parts.
1.Part I registration.
2.Part II registration.

-->In Part I registration, you have to be fill basic information like name,parent's name,address,educational qualifications,Date of birth etc.,

After completion of Part I registration,Registration number allotted for will be Generated.
Better to take the print out of the page for the information regarding registration number purpose.

-->Part II registration is the second part of registration after the completion of Part I registration.
It consists of required to fill Payment details,uploading of Photograph and scanned signature.
You have to be note down Registration number allotted to you and Transaction ID of the bank in Part II.

Note : You can examination fee online through Net Banking ,Debit card,Credit card,or ash through SBI bank challan.

After the notification of Civil Services Preliminary Exam 2013 is released. You have to goto the official website www.upsconline.nic.in to fill the form.
When you will visit the website you will see list of examination whose forms are available for filling.
Select Civil Services Examination there and proceed as per guidelines.
Then upload your scanned photograph and signature and complete the registration.
After final submission of form a pdf file will be generated, save it and take printout of it for further reference.
