I am in 11th I want to give N.D.A exam . When can I give exam .Please provide me details about the written exam such as time ,marks , course ,etc.

NDA stand for National Defence Service Exam.This exam is conduct twice time in a year. NDA Examination is conducted in 3 wings:-Indian Air Force , Indian Navy and Indian Army .

You must be Completed 12th standard with minimum marks then you are applicable for NDA exam.There is no percentage criteria for the candidate.Final year of 12th standard can apply here .12th with Physics and mathematics can apply all wings other wise Indian Army .

The candidate age should between 16.5 years to 19 years.There is no age relaxation for Sc/ST candidate . Only unmarried male candidates are eligible to apply.

The selection procedure for NDA exam is 1) Written Test 2)Physical Test 3)Medical 4) Personal Interview.

Well NDA stands for National Defence Academy.

It is conducted by UPSC (Union Public Service Comission).

This exam is conducted for the following wings

+ Indian Army

+ Indian Navy and

One can give NDA exam,when
he has completed 10+2 or either studying in 12 class.
Must have studied 10+2 with physics,maths for air force and navy.
Must have studied 10+2 with any stream for army.

He must have attained age of 16.5 to 19 years.

You can not apply for NDA,as your qualification is low.

You will have to wait till you get in 10+2.
NDA is a entry in air force as a flying officer.
It is necessary to undergo PABT(Pilot Aptitude Battery Test)
after all phases of SSB(Service Selection Board) interview.

Every cadre spent-3 years at NDA and 1.5 years for Air Force Academy
3 years at NDA and 1 year for Navy Academy
3 years at NDA and 1 year for Indian Military Academy

After 12th standard, you can join NDA exam.

If you arts students, then you can join Indian army wing only.

Science candidates with math and physics are Eligible for Navy and Air force.

General Age limit is 16.5-19 years. There is no age relaxation for Reserved category candidates.

Only unmarried male candidates can join NDA exam.

There is some Physical and medical standard requirement to crack this exam.

NDA 1 and NDA 2 are the same there is no difference in the exam , there wioll be the difference according to the date of the examination only.
So if you fulfil the eligibility criteria that i am providing then you can apply for the NDA examination.
Qualification required for the NDA exam is 12th pass in any stream for the indian army.
If physics and maths in class 12th then you can apply for the air force andnavy.

As you are now in class eleventh ,its good that you have decided that you want to appear for the NDA exam which is held twice every year.

In order to appear for the NDA exam you need to satisfy the following requirements:

>>10+2 passed or appearing candidate from a recognized board is eligible to apply for the exam.

>>Your age must be between 16.5-19 years.

So next year ,you can appear for the exams that will be conducted in April 2014.

>>You must be unmarried male as female candidates are not allowed to appear for the exam.

>>Physical fitness is necessary .

You can give NDA exam if you satisfy the following criteria...
Age limit:16.5 to 19
Educational qualifications: 12th PCM for Indain navy and any stream in 12th for indian army and air force...
must be a Indian citizen....
Can apply when you're in 12th also if you satisfy the above condition...

as you are currently in 11th, you cannot appear for the NDA exam now.
for the NDA exam one needs to have passed 12th or be a 12th appearing candidate.
so you can appear for the NDA exam next year.
moreover , the age limit for the NDA exam is 16.5 to 19 years.
and only male candidates (Unmarried) can appear for the exam.

NDA exam is conducted in two phases:
