UPSC conducts Common Medical Services Exam(CMSE) for recruitment of medical officers in various govt depts. like railways, Central health services etc.
Eligibility required:
Age : A candidate age should be below 32 years as on mentioned date in Advt.
Educational qualifications: The candidate should have passed the written and practical parts of the final M.B.B.S examination. Final year students can also apply
Date of Notification: 3rd March 2012
Last Date for Receipt of Applications either by hand or by Post/Speed Post or by Courier: 2nd April 2012

upsc doesnt conduct any special exam for dentist!
but still you can apply for goverment job that comes under upsc if you are graduate from recognised university!
UPSC does not conduct any special exam for dentists. you can apply for
1) civil services exam
2) combined defense services exam
3) central police force exam
