    Provide detailed Information regarding the Dental Vacancies through UPSC exam?

    hi there
    i am a dentist n want to know are there different vacancies for dentist or we have to give combined medical services examination?

    through CMS u will be recruited in:
    assistant divisional medical officer in railways
    junior scale post in indian ordinance factories health services
    junior scale posts in central health services
    medical officers in municiple council in delhi
    general duty medical officer in NDMC

    for that you have to clear CMS(Combined Medical Services) Exam.
    In CMS exam MBBS candidates can Participate.

    you can apply for combines medical services examination conducted by the upsc.

    Hi dear

    Sorry!! as UPSC do not conduct any special exam for dentists.

    You are not eligible for Combined Medical Services Exam also as it strictly requires a MBBS Degree as minimum required academic qualification.

    However you can still attempt Civil Services Examination (as it only requires a degree from a recognised college, regardless of your subjects); but here your expertise will be of no use.
