As if you are engineering graduate,then application's has been already closed by AAI in the month of Apiril,2012.
so, you have to look in Employment news regularily if they sought fruther application . As right now we can't predict anything about that surely.

BSNL doen't recruit engineers on the All india basis recruitment that is JTO,but they recruit statewise under TTA ,
so, you have to look in Employment news regularily if they sought any vacany,they do give advertisement in said newspaper . As right now we can't predict anything about that surely.

this year can't apply for the CIVIL SERVICES exam as prelim's already conducted in may,2012. but you can wait till december,2012 when application sought by upsc for this exam for the year-2013 civil services exam.
