No Dear , your age is above 30 and you belong to general cast and according to criteria for the general cast the age limit is between 21-30 .
So that you are not eligible for the exam so try to give other exams .

and upsc exam 's age limit is :-
20-30year(gen.)
20-33year(obc.)
for st/sc candidate no limit.

Your not eligible for this exam because your not satisfied the UPSC Age limits that is the reason for your not eligible to the UPSC examination.I will give the detailed information about UPSC.

UPSC stands for Union public Service Commission this commission is conducted Many competitive exam for every year.

Eligibility Criteria:-

^^Age Limits:-
For General Candidate age limit should between 21 to 30 years so your not eligible for the UPSC Preliminary examination as well as Main examination Totally your not eligible for the UPSC examination. And for Other Backward caste candidate age limit should between 21 to 33 years. For Scheduled Caste/scheduled Tribe candidate age limit should between 21 to 35 years.

^^Educational Qualification:-
The candidate should be complete the bachelor degree or engineering degree in any stream from recognized university and there is no minimum percentage of mark to require for this examination and final year candidates also eligible for this examination.

^^Sex:-
Both Male and Female candidates are eligible for this examination.

^^Physical standards:-
The candidate should be medically fit for this examination.

^^Number of Attempts:-
For General Candidate - 4 Attempts
For OBC candidate - 7 Attempts
For SC/ST Candidate - No limits.
