hey friend UPSC conducts many exam and you being an engineering student can apply for lot many exams like the combined defense services examination and civil services examination to be eligible you should have completed your graduation or should be in final year of graduation and as far as age matters that is 21-30 for general and 21-33 for obc and 21-35 for sc/st but for the combined defense services exam it is little less you can check more details at upsc.gov.in
