You have two modes to apply for the IFS Exam;
Online mode: To apply online for the IFS Exam you should log in the website http://www.upsconline.nic.in and register for the exam. In online application you will have to pay the exam fees via e-banking or via challan submission in the given bank.

Offline mode: You will have to buy the application form for the IFS Exam from the Head post-office of your District and post it to the UPSC admission office after attaching CPF Stamps of required value with it.

So if you are not getting the form in the Post-Office ;you should fill the form online.

for online you have to just log in www.upsc.gov.in
for off line you have to go in the main branch of post office in jharkhand .
