Dear Applicant,
>> I would like to inform you that the UPSC is very strict in judging the application forms of the desirable candidates.
>> The standards are raised further if on stake are the posts of the Defense Services.
>> You need to be very alert mentally.
>> Now coming to the fault you have committed, though it seems not to be that serious,as uploading a photo for online registration itself means getting a photo scanned and then submitting it.
>> You cannot submit a photo online without scanning it.
Therefore,it seems completely fine.
>> However,if You have clearly violated a guideline for filling the application form, which does not seems the case here though, and if it is a serious matter, then your candidature will be rejected in all probability.
>> Also, there is nothing you can do now.
>> However,as I doubt you have not done anything wrong, and you may escape from their eyes.
>> So wait until the further notifications regarding the Admit Cards are released.
>> You will come to know your fate only then.
>> For further details and notifications regarding the NDA exams, you can always visit the official website of the UPSC :: www.upsc.gov.in !!!

you need to follow every rule while applying for the NDA or any other UPSC form,
NDA and UPSC are very strict in accepting the application form ,
your minor mistake can cause rejection of your application form,
the photo and signature should be of that format which is decide by the official,
the photo shold be of 20-50 KB,
the signature should be of 10-20 KB,
if you will upload photo and signature of wrong format then your application form is liable to reject,

Hello,
if your photo is in JPEG format and its size was in between 20-50 kb
You don't need to worry.
Your application form will be accepted.
They say to scan your photo so that its size will automatically be adjusted but if you have done i manually then it doesn't matter.
Good luck...
