Friend, I can understand your problem. Your concern regarding candidature is valid and genuine. You are presently above the age of 18 years and below the age of 19 years. But according to the notification of UPSC, you are not eligible for NDA Examination.The main reason behind why are you not eligible for NDA Examination is that CANDIDATE MUST BE BELOW THE AGE OF 19 YEARS AT THE TIME OF COMMENCEMENT OF NDA COURSE. There may be the possibilty that your age would surely crossed the age of 19 years after final selection and commencement of NDA Course.Now you are advised to look for CDS Examination after completion of graduation from the recognised university

you are a 100% correct in your argument , but according to the National Defence Academy ( NDA )
guidelines you are not correct .
This is because the NDA Examinations eligibility criteria are not framed in accordance to the
date of NDA Examination but in accordance to the date of commencement of the
National Defence Academy .
So for the NDA - II Examination of the year 2013 for which the commencement of NDA is July 2014 ,
you become a non - eligible candidate of the the NDA Examinations .
The age criteria for the NDA - II Examination of the year 2013 is as follows -:
Your age must be between 16� to 19 years,i.e, You should have been born between
2nd July, 1995 and 1st January, 1998 .

Sorry to say that you are not eligible to apply for NDA/NA exam in 2013 because you are over aged. As you said your date of birth is 20 February 1995.which does not comes under the given age limit of 2 July 1995 and 1 January 1998. So sorry to say you can't apply for NDA exam.
but you can join Indian defence through UPSC CDS exam. for that you have to complete Graduation.
Both NDA and CDS exams are conducted by UPSC twice in a year. you must be Physically and Mentally fit for the exam.
