i want to join Air Force Officer thru NDA - my date of birth is 11th Nov., 1994 & my age is
18 & 1/2 yrs. NDA eligible age is 16 1/2 to 19 yrs. why i can not register NDA - UPSC Form. Please inform me as per govt rule i can eligible or not. Please inform me sir.

as per the govt rules NDA 2013 AGE criteria is= candidate must be born between 2nd January 1995 to 1st July 1998 ,then only are eligible for the exam
moreover the candidate must satisfy the other required credential like
*educational qualification=12th passed
candidates who are appearing in the 12th class can also apply for this exam
*nationality=indian
*for NDA EXAM=only unmarried male are eligible
*medically fit and fine

last date of receipt of application form=3-06-2013
date of exam=4-08-2013

The age limit for the NDA examination is 16.5 to 19 years. But as per your date of birth, you are in the age of 19 years. So, I am sorry to say you that you can't appear the NDA examination, conducted by the UPSC. There is also no age relaxation for the any types of category. So, If you're interested in Defence line, then you have to pass the bachelor degree at any recognized university in any discipline, then you can appear for the CDS(Combined Defence Service) and CPO(AC) Central Police Organisation (Assistant Commandant). NDA stands for National Defence Academy.
Upcoming NDA II 2013 Exam will be conducted on 11 August 2013.
Only those candidates can appear for this Exam, whose DOB lies between 02-01-1995 and 01-07-1998.
As your DOB is 11-11-1994, so you are not eligible to appear for NDA II Exam.
Clearly, now you are no more eligible for upcoming NDA Exams.
You must start preparation for CDS Exam after joining any Bachelor Course from any recognized University.
UPSC conducts NDA Exam twice in a year, so it releases only Online Applications for NDA I and NDA II in January and May respectively.
According to latest notification of NDA-II Exam 2013,
>> Only Unmarried Male Candidates can apply for this exam.
>> Age of the candidate must lie between 16.5 to 19 years or you must have born between 02-01-1995 and 01-07-1998.
>> You must be 10+2 passed/appearing from any stream.
If you don't have Physics and Mathematics in 10+2, then you are allowed to apply for Army wing of NDA only.
Candidates will have to pass three stages for qualifying NDA Exam i.e.
>> Written Test
>> SSB Interview
>> Medical Test
