Yes friend you can apply for the Indian Engineering Service exam having color blindness.

I have checked the notification of IES exam. There is no restriction for the color blindness person in the IES exam.

IES exam is organized by the Union Public Service Commission for the recruitment of the candidates at the post of chief Executive engineer.

This exam is conducted once in a year at all India level and candidates can apply for IES exam through UPSC online and offline application form.

Qualification conditions for IES exam

You must have technical degree in any stream from recognized university or its equivalent.

You can apply in final year of graduation.

You should choose the following branch of engineering to apply.

Civil engineering

Mechanical engineering

Electrical

Electronic and Telecommunication

You should be in age of 21 to 30.

Age relaxation

SC/ST + 5 years

OBC + 3 years

PH + 10 years

You must have Indian Citizenship.

Or a subject of Nepal.

Or a subject of Bhutan.
