    Hi dear

For your kind information ''Public Sector Undertaking's'' do not recruit through UPSC Exams.
They conduct their own Interviews for recruitment.

However if you are willing to work as a Bureaucrat or Engineer in government departments you have got ample opportunities through UPSC Exams .

These are the UPSC Exams for which are eligible:

    #Civil Services Examination
    #Engineering Services Examination
    #
    Combined Defence Services Examination

These Exams provide wonderful and diverse opportunities to work as a government officer.

As these Exams are for recruitment of different posts so they have different eligibility criteria, syllabus and pattern of exam.

If you are interested in any of these Exams you can ask details here ; or you can visit: http://www.upsc.gov.in

UPSC does not recruit candidates for public sector undertakings. UPSC conducts the following type of recruitment
    1) Nation wide competitive exams like civil services, Forest service, defence service, medical service etc
    2) Limited departmental level competitive exam
    3) Direct recruiment for govt. collages, hospitals, and other related organisation like EPFO
PSUs such as BHEL, BSNL etc conduct their own special recruitment. Since the requirement of 1 PSU is different from other and to give autonomy to PSUs for better performance, govt. has given the authority to recruit candidates to the respective PSUs. So you have to apply separately. Recently PSUs accept only candidates' GATE exam score. So you can give GATE exam. But the score will be a minimum qualification only, after that you have to separately attend interviews for that PSU
