I am sorry to say + 1 student is not eligible to apply for the Civil Service exam.
Civil service exam is conducted by the Union Public Service Commission every year for the recruitment of candidates at following posts
IAS
IPS
IRS
This exam is conducted once in a year at national level.
To apply for the Civil service exam candidates should have the following eligibility criteria
Criteria
You should have bachelor degree in any branch from recognized university or its equivalent.
You can also apply in final year of graduation.
Your age should be between 21 to 30 years
Age relaxation
SC/ST + 5 years
OBC + 3 years
PH + 10 years
You should be Indian.
So friend first of all you should complete your graduation with good marks.

sorry friend inter first year/11th standard /+1 candidate are not eligible for upsc exam (civil service exam)which is used to occur once in a year by upsc,consists of 2 parts
a)civil service preliminary exam
b)civil service main exam
-educational qualification=any bachelor degree
-age limit=minimum 21 and maximum 30 years with relaxation age limit for SC/ST/OBC/ex-service men etc
-must be medically fine
-must be citizen of india
** as per your qualification you can give NDA EXAM which is conducted by upsc only ,but your age must be 16.5-19 years and you should be in 12th standard,unmarried male only,mentally and physically fit and fine

Sorry to say that 10+1 students are not eligible for the UPSC exams .But donot worry when you appear for the 10+2 exams you will be eligible for the following examinations:
1.NDA/NA exams :
>>10+2 passed/appearing is the minimum educational qualifications with mathematics an English as compulsory subjects in 10+2.
>>Your age should be between 16.5 to 19 years.
>>You should be an Indian citizen.
>>You must be mentally and physically fit.
Exam pattern:
2.SCRA: Special class railway apprentice examinations.
>>10+2 with PCM as compulsory subjects from a recognized board.

We are sorry to say dear that +1 level students are not eligible to apply for any UPSC exam because there is no exam under the UPSC board for which they could apply while pursuing 11th standard but you may apply for UPSC NDA exam after completing your 11th class and while pursuing 12th class from a recognized board and you should have following eligibility criteria to apply for NDA exam :
Indian Army - Should have passed in class 12th in any discipline from a recognized board or institute
Indian Navy - Should have passed in class 12th with mathematics and physics as a compulsory subject and any one of the biology/chemistry/computer science from a recognized board
Indian Air Force - Should have passed in class 12th with mathematics and physics as a compulsory subject and any one of the biology/chemistry/computer science from a recognized board
Age should not be less than 16.5 years and more than 19 years

Friend,= UPSC conducts several examinations= Required qualification for UPSC Examinations are from intermediate to graduation.= You can appear in NDA Examination and SCRA Examination ONLY AFTER 10+2 LEVEL.= Besides NDA Examination & SCRA Examination, all other UPSC Examination required any bachelor degree.= If you are also interested in other UPSC Examination, you have to go for completion of graduation also.

1. NDA & NA (National Defence Academy & Naval Academy)
2. SCRA (Special Class Railway Apprentice)

Educational Qualification
For Army: 12th class pass of 10+2 of school education pattern or equivalent examination conducted by State Education Board or University.

No, dear sorry for that you are not eligible for UPSC exams. If you have passed 12th from recognized board then you can apply for SCRA or NDA exam through UPSC and after 12th if you have completed your graduation then you can also apply for IAS, IPS, IFS, IES & CDS. sorry to say that candidates pursuing in 10+1 class are not eligible for applying for any kind of Exams conducted by UPSC.
The minimum educational qualification for UPSC NDA and SCRA exam is 12th. You can also apply for these exams while pursuing in 12th class. Where NDA exam is conducted for the posts in defence services and SCRA exam is conducted for the posts in Railways
if you complete your graduation then you can apply for various UPSC exams like Civil Services Exam, IFS, CDS, CPF etc.

Sorry 11th class student is not eligible for any exam of UPSC.
To appear UPSC exam minimum educational is 12th class. there are many exam is conducted by UPSC each exam eligibility criteria is different. some exam you can appear after 12th and some after graduation.
there are only two exam for 12th passed candidate
1. NDA National Defence Academy
2.SCRA Special Class Railway Apprentices.
exam after graduation
1. Civil Service Examinations-Preliminary and Mains.
2. Indian Forest Service Exams.
3. Indian Engineering Service Exams.

Sorry to say that you are not eligible UPSC exams. UPSC stands for Union Public Service Commission.It conducts many exam such as-
Civil services,NDA,SCRA,CDS,IPS,IFS.
Still you are in +1 class ,minimum +2 is required.
At the end of +2 or after +2 you will be applicable for NDA exam but it is also compulsory that you comes under all requirements.
