THERE are many exams are conducted by UPSC which are avail equal opputunity to any aspirants irrespective of his stream of graduation.
I have listed those exams which are conducted bby upsc along with the eligibilty criteria ,you will check your suitability according to them & applies for your candidature.
you can appear for the examinations
1.civil services examination (for IAS,IPS)
whose eligibility criteria are :
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA ::
You must be a citizen ofIndia,
or, You must be a subject of Nepal or Bhutan,
or,You must be a Tibetan refugee settled permanently in India before 1962.
You must be of 21 to 30 years of age. HOWEVER,there is a relaxation in the upper age limit,
of 3 years for the OBCs
and
5 years for the SC/STs.
You must have completed your Graduation orEquivalent,from a recognized university under any
stream,or be a final year student in the same
The number of attempts is 4 for a General category student,
7 for an OBC candidate,and
unlimited for a SC/ST candidate,until he fulfills the age criteria
2. central police force (CPF) held once every yeaR
whose eligibilty criteria are
1.university graduate of any stream either in final year/passed out with 55% in graduation
2. age limit within 20-25 years relaxation in the upper age limit,
of 3 years for the OBCs
and
5 years for the SC/STs.
3.CDSE (for recruitments in three armed forces of indian union)
exam conducted bi-annually
in which age should be within 18-25 yrs.
& one must be university graduate from recognised university

Yeah Sure , you are eligible to apply for UPSC examination .
After completing B.Com course , you are eligible to apply for CDS exam and Civil Service Examination .
CDS Means All Indian Level Entrance examination and this examination use candidate can join these services :-
~~IMA
~~OTA
~~Naval
~~Air force
B.Com candidates are eligible to apply for IMA exam and OTA examination .
Eligibility Criteria for this examination :-
You should have a finished your graduate degree from a recognized University and final year candidate may also eligible to apply for this examination .
Age limits :-
~~IMA :- 19 - 24 years .
~~OTA :- 19 - 25 years .
There is no Upper age limits for this examination .
Only Unmarried candidates are eligible to apply for IMA examination but Both men and women candidates are eligible to apply for OTA Examination .
Notification was already released on 02/06/12 and Last date for receipt of 02/07/12 .
The examination will be completed on 16/09/12 .
The application forms will be available in the online application and there is offline facility .
~~You should have a finished your graduate degree from a recognized University and final year candidate may also eligible to apply for this examination .
~~There is no specific percentage required for this examination and pass marks is enough to appear for this examination .
~~Age should be between 21 years and 30 years .
~~Stage of this exam :- prelims , main , Personal Interview .

-In a way,YES,it is true that all BCom students are eligible to appear for the UPSC exams.
However,they are not eligible for ALL the exams conducted by the UPSC.
-Every exam conducted by UPSC has a definite eligibility required.Hence,the commerce students are not applicable for all of these.
-The exams conducted by UPSC for which a BCom student can apply are-
# Civil Service Exams.
# Combined Defence Service Exams-Here too,you can apply for OTA and IMA only.To apply for Navy and Air Force,you must have completed your BTech and BSc(in maths or Physics) from a recognized university.
# Central Police Force Exams.
-The eligibility criteria for the exams mentioned below are noted below-

See my friend .....there is no doubt in that ....all the graduates should eligible for UPSC exam .....they need only graduates from any university in any stream (B.com) with any percentage ....so do not confuse in that question ...but your age should be between 21 to 30 years then only you have to need to eligible otherwise we can't do anything....any way all the best my friend..

Yes since B.Com graduates are eligible to appear for UPSC exams.
Eligibility for UPSC:
Age Limit: - The candidate should be minimum 21 years of age and the maximum age is 29 years.
Educational Qualification: - The candidate should have a graduation degree completed from any of the institutes established by an Act of Parliament or any University deemed by the University Grant Commission under section 3, Act, 1956

yes my friend B.Com students are eligible for UPSC exams.
the minimum criteria for UPSC is that you must complete your graduation or final year of graduation from any recognized college or university with any percentage and your age must be in between 21 years to 30 years.

Dear friend
there's no such problem you are completely eligible as if you are a graduate from a recognized university.there are so many opportunities for you in upsc(ias/ips)and many more .you can try any one of these and practice more and more to crack it

yes dera b.com graduated candidates are eligible for the upsc exams....upsc conducts exams for every graduate ...so for b.com graduated candidates also upsc conducts exams like civil service exams....
