Yes you are eligible to appear in the Civil Services Exam(CSE)after completing your M.B.B.S from Vardhaman Mahavir College.

For the civil service exam graduation in any stream is compulsory. If you course equally to the graduation then you are eligible for the exam. if not equally then you are not eligible for the exam.
Graduation is compulsory for the civil service exam from the approved university.
The age limit for the candidate is the 21 to 30 years for the unreserved category.
Age relaxation for the unreserved category.
The exam notification is declare by the upsc the next year the month of the February.

Candidate must be graduate or its equivalent.
Your college must be recognized from UGC.
Age should be between 21-30 years

The course does not matter about the qualification but the duration of the course does matter after all means if you have completed your degree or any other equivalent qualification then your qualification must be of minimum 3 years duration with at least 50% marks from a recognized board/university/institute then you would be able in terms of educational qualification which is required for UPSC - Civil Services exams and the age of the candidate should be between 21-30 years and this is for general category candidates but OBC candidates can apply for this exam till 33 years.
