sorry to say that you are not eligible to apply for UPSC IES exams because of in IES exams only Engineering graduates can participate.

I am extremely sorry to inform you that you can't appear for IES examination of UPSC. Because the essential qualification for IES is the Bachelors degree in technology at any stream at any recognized university.So You as a M. Sc chemistry student, you aren't eligible for it . All the Best
