The upper age limit for OBC is 03 years for SC/ST is 05 years. There is only 04 attempts for General candidates, 07 for OBC and up to 35 years of age for SC/ST candidates. If you fulfill all these above eligibility then you can appear for the examination. you can also see at www.upsc.gov.in Thanks.....
Of course friend, you are certainly eligible for the IAS Examination after completing the graduation in BCA. In order to be eligible for the IAS Examination, candidates is required to possess any bachelor degree from the recognised university. UPSC has nothing to do with the nature and mode of the graduation degree. UPSC does not emphasis over the mode of degree obtained, i.e., whether it has obtained through REGULAR MODE or CORRESPONDENCE MODE. Please note that the degree obtained through any of the mode is equally eligible for appearing for the IAS Examination.
you can be eligible for it if you have done your graduation from recognized university and check it out that whether university is recognized or not..
You will be eligible as far as your degree is concerned. One has to be a graduate to be eligible for Civil services from a recognised university. The mode of degree i.e. Classroom or Correspondence does not matter if your University is UGC and DEC recognised.Your Vinayaka Mission University has UGC as well as DEC recognition so you are perfectly eligible for appearing in Civil services exam. All the best
