I will complete my graduation in BA end of by this year so,i have some queries about this university are that is it approved from ugc & can i get apply to government exams like upsc/mpsc.as well as i have to do my further higher education form another university.please guide me.

it is good that you are very alert about your university but you can easily check that your university is govt recognized or Not ,you can ask your university about it through correspondence or directly .
so it is not a big issue ,you can also check that your university is govt recognized or not ,you can ask directly about it from ugc which is a govt body responsible for reorganization or from NAAC also.
but you will be dis qualified for the examination even if your university from which you obtained your degree is govt recognized due to other criteria or qualification required for the same,so you should also concentrate on it.

Requirements:-
1. you must have the citizenship of India.
2. your age must be in between 21-30 yrs and the age relaxation are provided to obc and sc/st category.
3. and as you know you must be a graduate from a govt recognized university.
no of attempts allowed to each candidates.
Number of attempts:-
1. the candidates are allowed to sit 4 times to clear the exam.
2. but for obc category aspirants the limit is 7 attempts.
3. and for sc/st category there is no any restriction of attempts.
