    For UPSC Exam there is no need of Regular Degree, You can apply with The External Degree.

    no it is not desired that you must do regular degree.. distant education also accepted and u must have completed the degree while entering for main exam

    Yes.. If you have any regular degree then you are eligible to apply for the CSE Examination. As UPSC requires only a graduation degree from a recognized university.

    So, just cheer up and start you preparation.
