Before I tell you regarding the eligibility criteria based on which you can interpret whether you are eligible for the examination or not I briefly tell what civil service examination is all about. It is the examination conducted by UPSC for selection of students for various government jobs like IAS (Indian Administrative Service),IPS(Indian Police Services). It is considered as one of the prestigious examination among many examination conducted in country so the pattern of examination as well as selection preocedure based on eligibilty criteria is tough.
See the minimum age limit fixed by the commission is 21 years andupper age limit should not exceeds 30 years for General Category candidateswhere as it has been relaxed by 3 years for OBCs and 5 years for SC/ST.Theeducational qualification fixed by the commission is you need to be graduatefrom a recognised university in any stream of education. You might have doneyour graduation from any streams. But since you have done an Integrated course that is you have not only completed your graduation but have done your masters.so as per educational point of view you are eligible for the examination. But please ensure about your age limits also.
If you are eligible for the examination then you must visit official websites of UPSC(www.upsc.gov.in).Form that check syllabus ,previous year question paper and select your optional wisely and start your preparation as soon as possible as you have very little time left if you want to appear next year.Besides this keep in mind that if you belong to general category then your number of attempts is fixed to 4 however it has been relaxed to 7 OBCS and no limit for SC/ST.You can apply online on UPSC websites ww.upsconline.nic.in
