Eligibility :
1.The candidate who are applying for the exam should have Indian Citizenship.
2.Age Limit:-i()For IMA: Unmarried male candidates born not earlier than 2nd January, 1990 and not later than 1st July, 1995.
(ii)For Indian Naval Academy: Unmarried male candidates born not earlier than 2nd January, 1990 and not later than 1st July, 1995.
(iii)For Air force Academy: Unmarried male candidates born not earlier than 2nd January, 1991 and not later than 1st July, 1995. (iii)For officers training Academy(SSC for Men): Male candidates (married or unmarried) born not earlier than 2nd January, 1989 and not later than 1st July, 1995. (v) For officers training Academy(SSC women Non-Technical course):Unmarried Women, issueless widows who have not remarried and issueless divorcees (in possession of divorce documents) who have not remarried are eligible. They should have been born not earlier than 2nd January, 1989 and not later than 1st July, 1995.
Educational Qualification:- (i) For I.M.A. and Officers� Training Academy: Degree of a recognized University or equivalent. (ii) For Indian Naval Academy: Degree in Engineering. (iii) For Air Force Academy: Degree of a recognized University (with Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level) or Bachelor of Engineering.
The Final year student of a degree course are also eligible to apply for the exams.
If you are complete your Graduation from a recognized University then you should apply for the exam.

In CDS there are 4 wings for which exam is conducted and they are:>> IMA - Graduation Pass in any Stream
>> OTA- Graduation Pass in any Stream
>> AIRFORCE- Graduation Pass with Phy and Maths as subjects in class 12th or BE/BTECH
>> NAVY - BE/BTECH
If you have done your Graduation from a recognised university than only you would be eligible to apply for the UPSC conducted CDS exams
Even if the degree is from Open university like IGNOU it is valid

CDS Exam is conducted by UPSC twice a year for the recruitment of candidates in the Indian Military Academy (IMA), Naval Academy (NA), Air Force Academy (AFA), Officers Training Academy (OTA).
If your study centre is affiliated to any university or recognized by UGC then only you are eligible for CDS Exam Since the Educational Criteria is as follows:
--> For I.M.A. and OTA: Degree of a recognized University or equivalent.
--> For Indian Naval Academy: Degree in Engineering.
--> For Air Force Academy: Degree of a recognized University (with Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level) or Bachelor of Engineering.
--> Final year students can also apply.
The Other Eligibility Criteria to appear for CDS Exam are as follows: The candidate's age should in between 19-24 years.
The candidate should be Indian.
No limit on number if attempts.

I am sorry but you are not eligible of giving the CDS exam being a graduate from a study centre.
The reason being that for giving the CDS exam you need to be a graduate from a recognized indian university and as the study centres are not the recognized indian univeristies or any kind of part of it, therefore you are not eligible

Indian Military Academy : Must posses a bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university and final year pursuing candidates are also eligible to apply. Age should be between 19-24 years
Indian Naval Academy : Should have completed a degree in Engineering in any branch and age should not be less than 19 years and more than 22 years to apply
Indian Air Force Academy : Candidate must have passed bachelor's degree examination of a recognized university with physics and mathematics as mandatory subjects or should have passed engineering degree in any discipline from a recognized institute and age should be minimum 19 years and maximum 23 years
Indian Officers Training Academy : Should be graduate in any stream from a recognized university and age limits are 19-25 years
Note : Upper age is not relaxable in any case
If you have completed your bachelor's degree from a study center then you are eligible to apply for this examination but your study center should be approved by the university recognized by the government as IGNOU provides study centers to the students so first get more details about your institute and study center and if found approved then you must apply for this examination between these following dates :
