I would like to tell you that Pattern of Both exams are same,
The difference lies in the fact that one is State level and another is central level exam.

MPPSC is state level exam and UPSC is central level exam.

If you prepare for UPSC exam you are automatically getting prepared for MPPSC exam.

Its just that you will have to collect some additional information about the state which is organising UPSC exam otherwise preparation for both the exam is same.

so I think you much have to worry regarding this aspect rather focus on your preparation well.

Preparing for just one exam will simultaneously cover all the sections of the other exam.

Both have prelims and mains

Prelims consists of objective and mains consists of subjective questions.
