NDA & NA Exam is conducted by UPSC twice a year for the recruitment of candidates in the Indian Army, Indian Navy, Indian Air Force wings of NDA.
CDS stands for Combined Defence Services Examination it is also conducted by UPSC for the recruitment of candidates in Indian Military Academy, Naval Academy, Air Force Academy, Officers Training Academy.

UPSC conducts the NDA & NA Exam at the undergraduates level and CDS Exams at the graduates level.
Candidates are selected for recruitment in the Army,Airforce and Navy wing of the Defence Services.

The NDA stands for the National Defence Academy-the entrance to get in the defence section of our country.
The qualification required for the NDA is 10+2 passed with physics and maths for applying for the air force and navy through NDA and with any stream for army.
Age limit-16.5 to 19 years(not at the time of applying,but the time of commencement of the course).

CDSE-Combined Defence Service Examination-the entrance exam for entry in the three wings of the defence through different academy.

IMA-Indian Military Academy-the qualification required is graduation from any stream.
Age limit-19 to 24 years(at the time of commencement of the course).
You are applicable.

OTA-Officers Training Academy-the qualification is same as of the IMA.
Age limit-19 to 25 years(at the time of commencement of the course).

Dear aspirant, of course yo can apply for the CDS examination but you cannot apply for the NDA as its only for class 12th passed out male candidates. Required qualification to apply for the CDS examination is graduation in any discipline from a recognised university to apply for indian army. And if you like to apply for the indian air force and navy, then you cannot apply for that because it requires graduation with physics,maths and engineering from a recognised university. Selection procedure for the same will be written test followed by SSB interview and medical examination. Some basic requirements are also there like you must be indian , should not have any criminal records all thatt stuff. For more details log on to www.upsc.gov.in As you are a graduate in commerce so the best thing is to apply for air force /navy accounts as there is a vacancy for the same. You can apply for AFCAT air force common admission test ground duty branch. It requires BCOM with 60 percent marks in accounts department. Age should be 20 to 23 years of age. You can also apply for logistics in indian navy through short service commission age should be 19 to 25 years and BCOM required. Yeah sure , you are eligible to apply for the CDS Examination but you are ineligible to apply for the NDA Examination because NDA examination is not graduate level examination and it is only intermediate level examination . So that why you are not eligible to apply for NDA Examination .

In the case of ineligible of NDA , you can also know the NDA details so i am providing the NDA exam details . To apply for the NDA examination , the pupil have to completed 12th examination from a recognized School and any stream candidate can apply for the NDA Examination .
