If you have only the degree certificate then it is not good enough.
You must have all the documents like your mark sheets of the graduations for every semester along with the degree certificate only after that you will be eligible for the group and civil service exams.
So you must have all the certificates along with your degree certificate only after that you are eligible otherwise you will be rejected.
