as you have mentioned that you have completed your graduation by being a lateral entry candidate, but you have completed your graduation no, then there is no problem for you in order to appear in the upsc exam.
For giving the upsc exam, you need to be an indian citizen, and you should be a graduate in any stream from a recognized indian university and your age should be in between 21-30 years.

CSAT stands foir the civil services aptitude test which is the first stage of the examination. It consist of 2 papers and both general studies of 400 marks total.

Interview consist of 300 marks.
