    Yes,you can apply for IAS exam.

    Eligibility criteria for IAS :

    >>Graduation pass with any stream from any recognized university.

    Age :

    >>Age is between 21-30 years.

    ST/SC gets 5 years age relaxation.

    OBC gets 3 years age relaxation.

    Condition :

    >>Candidate must be a citizen of India.

    Selection process :

    >>Preliminary exam

    >>Main exam

    >>Interview

    Eligibility for UPSC Exam:
    This exam conducted by every year.
    3 stages on this exam:
    @ Preliminary
    @ Main Exam
    @ Interview
    Candidates must complete any one bachelor degree on Recognized University.
    Candidates must be an Indian Citizen.
    age between on 21---30 years.
    4 attempts are allowed.

    YES, YES, You are eligible for the UPSC Exam for IAS, IPS, IFS

    Age : 21yrs to 30yrs

    Educational Qualification : graduate in any discipline from any recognised university in India.

    as you have mentioned that you have completed your graduation by being a lateral entry candidate, but you have completed your graduation no, then there is no problem for you in order to appear in the upsc exam.
    For giving the upsc exam, you need to be an indian citizen, and you should be a graduate in any stream from a recognized indian university and your age should be in between 21-30 years.

    Dear Friend,

    Yes , you are eligible for UPSC exam after graduation.

    After graduation you are eligible for civil services examination.For that examination you should be graduate and also can apply in last year of graduation.

    It does not matter that in which fields you are passing your graduation only it is required that you should be graduate.

    Your age must be under 21-30 years.

    Attempts :-

    GEN : 4
    BC : 7
    SC/ST : No Limit

    Selection Procedure :-


    Preliminary Exam
    Main Exam
    Interview

    yes you are definitely eligible on UPSC Exam.
    Eligibility :
    candidates must complete any one bachelor degree on recognized university.
    candidates must be on Indian Citizen.
    age limits are 21----30 years.
    3 years relaxation for BC/MBCs.
    5 years relaxation for SC/STs
    10 years relaxation for physical ability candidates.

    Whether you are graduated from your home by just sitting and giving the examination at the end of the year but your degree is recognised by government of india as the university should be govt recognised then you can definitely apply for the civil services examination because they only need the graduation in any discipline from a recognised university.
    Lateral entry doesnt matter only the thing which matters is the university so just take care for the same.
    Well you can also see the eligibility criteria for the same as follows-
    Eligibility criteria for the Civil services examination-
    Age should be 21 to 30 years of age.
    Graduation in any discipline from a recognised university can apply for the same.
    Age relaxation for the civil services examination is as follows-
    SC/ST 5 years.
    OBC 3 years.
    Ex servicemen 5 years.
    Disabled defence officer in army during war for commissioned officer 3 years of age relaxation.
    Examination pattern-
    CSAT stands foir the civil services aptitude test which is the first stage of the examination. It consist of 2 papers and both general studies of 400 marks total.
    MAINS examination is if you qualify the examination CSAT then called for the Mains examination.
    There will be 9 papers of 2000 marks .
    By qualifying the same candidates are called for the interview.
    Interview consist of 300 marks.
