    Am I eligible for UPSC exams after completing graduation (Arts) in Distance learning mode?

    hello

    i have done by graduation in distance learning in arts. so, may i eligible for the upsc exam. if yes, which exams of upsc i shall give...????

    Yes you may be eligible for the exam as the criteria is:

    * The candidate have passed the graduation from recognized university.

    * Age limit 21-30 yrs..

    The exams which you can give are :

    *IAS
    *IPS
    *IRS

    which all are covered under the upsc exams conducted in the month of May..

    you are eligible for upsc exam.

    you must be graduate from a recognized university

    age limit is 21-30 ears.

    you must be Indian citizen.

    upsc conductes many exam

    -----IAS

    ---IPS

    ---IRS

    ---IES

    ---CDS


    ---NDA

    ---IES

    --SCRA MANY MORE.

    SOME exam requires 12th standard from a recognized university.

    these exam consist three stages;-

    -----preliminary exam

    ----mains exam

    ---interview

    Hello,
    Yes absolutely you are eligible for UPSC Exam after completing graduation in arts in distance learning mode. Candidates who have obtained degree in distance learning mode are eligible to apply for UPSC Exams. The basic educational criteria says that the candidate should have degree from a recognized university.

    The other eligibility criteria are as follows:
    The age of the candidate should lie in between 21-30 years.
    The nationality of candidate should be Indian.
    The maximum number of attempts for General category is 4 times.

    UPSC conducts various Exams for graduates some of them are
    Civil Services Exam(IAS,IRS, IPS)
    Engineering Services Exam(Civil,mechanical,electrical, electronics engg)
    IFS Exam (Forest Services)
    CDS Exam (Combined Defence Services)
    ISS Exam (Statistical Services)

    Hello

    YES YOU ARE APPLICABLE FOR THE UPSC EXAMS.

    The degree from the distance mode has the same value and importance that is of a regular degree.The distance mode of education is very much valid for all types of government and private jobs.

    The distance mode was started by the government of Indian in order to provide assistance to those who can not study due to financial reasons as they have to earn for their livelihood,it was started so that one can study and at the same time can do their job.

    So it has the same validity and importance as that of regular studies.

    As a graduate from arts you can apply for the IAS(Indian Administrative Services),IPS(Indian Police Services).
    CPF(Central Police Force)
    CDSE(Combined Defence Service Examination)-for the defence services that is army,navy and air force.

    U.P.S.C. --- UNION PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION


    As you have completed Graduation in Arts you may definitely apply for it

    You must have a minimum GRADUATION to apply for this

    And THE " GRADUATION " must be FROM RECOGNIZED UNIVERSITY

    And you must be an INDIAN CITIZEN


    You must have a minimum of 21 years

    Maximum age is allowed up to 30 years
