No dear there is no problem for your completion of study means if you have completed your 12th class in 2010 then there is no problem means you are eligible to apply for your graduation and there would not be any effect at your civil services but UPSC wants degree to apply for Civil Services exam and until you do not complete your degree you will not be eligible for civil services exams so that you should apply for your graduation and complete at least 2 years of degree and when you come in final year of graduation then apply for this exam and you will complete your 21 years of age which is required for civil services exam and the maximum age limit is 30 years so that you can apply for this exam but presently you should go to complete your degree and there is no problem during to degree means you may prepare for this exam early and you should start your preparation as soon as possible and if you will prepare for ti continuously 2 years then it would be easy for you to crack the exam at once, so dear you must join any coaching institute which provides better education and result for civil services exams and prepare yourself too for this then you can do what you have never thought.

    All the best

no friend in the UPSC or Oter exam this is not effected.
But at this time you not take the UPSC exam because the age criteri of any cast cetegry is start of 21 year.

And if you take PCM subject then you is overage . the age criteri for NDA exam is 16.5 to 19 year.

So you eligible After the greduation. The greduation are must be reqire for UPSC/IAS /IPS exam.

    Hello

There will be no such problems regarding this issue, first of all you have completed your 10+2 succeesfully and that is the biggest factor, accidents are not under the control of a human being, something happened to you which was not your fault,so there is no problem regarding it,you should always keep the factor in mind.

Secondly ,the UPSC the body which conducts civil services demands for a degree, and they have not asked for 10+2 result, although it is not possible that one can get a degree without completing its 10+2,but you just need to show your degree, now as you have completed your +,so you can apply for a degree and after studying the degree you will be a degree holder, and that is what is asked by the UPSC.

The body which conducts civil services. So you must have understand that UPSC only ask for degree any, graduation, post graduation anything.
