i m computer sience engg student now i m in 3rd year . i want to know that wheather i m is elligible for UPSC exam like(IPS,IAS etc) after 4th year?not UPSC engg services?

If you have completed you B.tech then you can appear for UPSC exam

for IAS one has to go through a civil service examination conducted by UPSC (union public service commission)

Here is the eligibility criteria for IAS exam

-One should have completed Graduation with any of the stream from a recognized university.
