after passing out the B. A. u can apply
while u can prepare for UPSC PCS parallele with the B.A.

Of-course Dear, you are eligible, while pursuing your final year BA Exams. But, you have to submit your Mark-sheet at the time of form fill-up of MAIN Exams. So, be careful about that so that you must not loss one of your chance out of four, if you belongs to General Category. Good Luck.. and do your best.

no doubt that upsc exams are for the graduates but the final year candidates can also apply for the upsc exams,

Eligibility criteria for exams conducted by upsc:

1. Candidate must have completed graduation or engineering from a recognized university .
2. candidates who appearing in final year of graduation or engineering can also apply for the upsc exams.
3. age limit for the upsc exams is 21 to 30 years.
4. age relaxation of 3 years is given to those candidates who belongs to OBC category .
5. age relaxation of 5 years is given to those candidates who belongs to sc category.
