Yes BSC Graduates are perfectly eligible to apply for UPSC examination.
you just need your B.SC graduate degree from a recognised University and you are good to go.
UPSC criteria for education qualification to apply for IAS examination is minimum Graduation from any stream from recognised University.
So start preparing yourself for UPSC examination.

So you should not need to worry much as you are fully eligible for the exam

And i think you are asking for the civil services exam

is graduation in any discipline from a UGC recognised University.

-UPSC conducts various exams at the graduate level.
You apply to UPSC CDS exam,Civil Services Exam,CPF,etc.

Combined Defence Services exam-is conducted twice a year by UPSC.You will join the following academy if selected :

IMA & OTA-Need a graduation degree from a recognised Univ. or eqivalent.Age Limit for IMA is 19-24yrs and for OTA age is 19-25yrs.

Naval Academy-B.Sc with Physics & maths/B.E. Age Limit- 19-22yrs.

Airforce Academy-B.Sc with Physics &/or maths/B.E.Age Limit- 19-23yrs.

Relaxation of age is applicable to certain reserved category candidates.

Civil Services Exam-is conducted by UPSC once a year.It consists of Prelims /CSAT,Mains and Interviews.

Educational qualification- required is graduation in any discipline from a recognised Univ.

Age Limit- is between 21-30yrs in General category ,OBC-21-33yrs,SC/ST-21-35yrs.

if you are talking about bachelor of computer science than you are eligible for the same because all the graduate candidates are eligible for the same .

Eligibility criteria:-

1. You must be an indian citizen .
2. You must be a graduate from a govt.(ugc) recognized university.

Age criteria:-

1. For general category:- 21-30 yrs.

2. For obc category:- 21-33 yrs.

3. For sc/st category:- 21-35 yrs.


No. Of attempts:-

general(s) have :-4attempts.
Obc (s) have :-7 attempts.
Sc/st (s) have :- no any boundation

so don't worry because you are eligible according to your educational qualification.

you have not mentioned for which UPSC exam. UPSC conducts a lot of examination such as civil services exam, combined defense services exam , Indian ENgineering service exam etc.
as you are BCS graduate you can apply for civil services exam, central police force exam, combined defense service exam. for all the 3 exams minimum educational qualification is a bachelor'd degree from any recognised university
