U.P.S.C. stands for UNION PUBLIC SERVICES COMMISSION.

YES,you are surely eligible to apply for the UPSC Civil Service exams.All candidates who have completed their graduation or equivalent,from an UGC recognized university,or are a final year student in the same are eligible to apply,provided their age lies within the group,21-30 years.

yeah , you are surely eligible to apply for UPSC exam . UPSC exams notification is released in between march - april .

dear upto when you are eligible for the exam then you can apply as many times you are eligible for it .....when you will become not eligible for a exam then only you can not apply till then you can apply as many times as you want....or as many times as the exams are conducted.

UPSC conducts the CSAT exam every year at national Level.
