    Dear,
Yes, you can appear both the CSAT & IES examination conducted by the UPSC. Because the essential qualification for both the examination is to pass or appear the Bachelor degree examination in any stream at any recognized university. So work hard and choose which examination do you want to appear. Best of Luck

    Hi Friend!

First, you need to know what is UPSC.

UPSC is Union Public Service Commission which conducts many exams in which Civil Service Exam(CSE), Indian Engineering Service (IES) are among them.

CSE has a misnomer as 'IAS exam' or 'UPSC exam'.

Yes, you're definitely eligible for the CSE, because it only needs Graduation.

But you need to select other subjects from this list
http://www.upsc.gov.in/general/civil.htm#CS (Main) , as there's no Electronics & Instrumentation in the list.

    Coming to the IES:

You're not eligible here because it only considers the streams of

    -Civil Engineering

    -Electrical Engineering

    -Mechanical Engineering

    -Electronics & Telecommunication

You can have all the details abot the CSE at http://www.upsc.gov.in/

    I Wish You All SUCCESS!
