There is no age relaxation for woman candidate in UPSC CSAT exam. there is age relaxation for category wise candidate.
IF you belong from General category then you are not eligible for this exam
but IF you belong from OBC or SC/ST candidate then you you can apply for this exam in 2013.
Age LIMIT For CSAT exam
Age of the candidate is 21 to 30 year, If he/she belong from general category
Age of the candidate is 21 to 33 year, If he/she belong from OBC category
Age of the candidate is 21 to 35 year, If he/she belong from SC/ST category
This age limit are applicable for BOTH male and Female candidate

say that you are not eligible to apply for the Civil Services Exam. if
you are from SC/ST category then you have one chance for Apply
for Civil Services Exam.There is no special relaxation for women
candidates. So if you satisfy the following eligibility criteria then you

Eligibility Criteria For Civil Services:
graduation from recognized college or university
AGE LIMIT:
- General Category: 21 to 30 years

Sorry but there is no age relaxation for woman in UPSC Exams. If you belong to general category then you are not eligible but if you belong to reserved category then you can apply for UPSC Exams.

UPSC conduct the civil service exams every year but there is no any age relaxation for the women category.
Age required to apply for civil services:
1.For General candidate minimum age required 21 year & maximum 30 year on 1st August on the year of examination.
2.Upper age is relaxed by 3 year for OBC, 5year for SC/ST.
for Blind,deaf,mute or orthopedically handicapped - 10 year.
for jammu & kashmir domicile (1980-1989) - 5 year
for special cases of defence personnel - 3year
for special cases of ex service man who have rendered at least 5 year in military service up to maximum 5 year age relaxation.

yes there is an another chance for central govt. employee and physically handicapped persons because an age relaxation are provided to them of 5 and 10 years
but there are also an eligibility criteria which have to satisfied by you.

sc,st category otherwise you can't write the exam because only
to the sc,st the age relaxation is 5 years means 35 years
and for the others the age limit maximum is 30 years.

being a general category woman you are not allowed to give the exam whereas if you belong to the obc or the sc/st category, then you are eligible of giving the IAS exam because there is a relaxation given to the obc and the sc/st candidates.

It also does not bother about candidates marital status.
But it does provide upper age relaxation to certain categories.
For general candidates the upper age limit is 30 years
