Well, it's true it's tough to concentrate when you have 2 babies around you.
In that Case, i have a suggestion for you :

>>Graduation from a recognised university
>>Age should be between 21 -30 years if belonging to general category otherwise 3 years relaxation to obc and 5 years to Sc/St.

In Civil Services Exam lots of candidates take part so in this there is hard competition.
For appearing in civil services Exam you have to fulfill the eligibility criteria.
Eligibility Criteria:
1. Graduation in any stream.
2. Age: 21 to 30 years for general category candidates.
The age limit prescribed above is relaxable upto 3 years for OBC and
5 years For SC/ST.
Tips For Preparation:
1. manage your time schedule.
2. Go ahead for preparation according to syllabus.
3. Study 6th to 12th NCERT books.
4. Read newspapers and magazines daily.
5. Keep solving previous year papers. It gives you the confidence to solve final exam. try to solve it before the half an hour from the prescribed time.

Min eligibilty criteria is graduation pass
Min age-21 years
Max age-30 years
OBC gets 3 years age relaxation and SC/ST gets 5 years age relaxation
Number of attempts-4 for general and 7 for OBC and no restriction for SC/ST
If you meet the above eligibilty than yes you can sit in the exams

Yes definitely. No where in the UPSC criteria it mentions that candidate should not be married. You are perfectly eligible as long as you come under the criteria of minimum education qualification and Age Limit Requirement. Minimum Educational Qualification required to appear for UPSC is Graduation. Age Limit Criteria for UPSC is between 21 to 30 years for General Category Candidate. Age relaxation will be provided according to the UPSC Guidelines. All the best.

- Your marital status has nothing to do with the eligibility requirement for the exams conducted by the union public service commission.
- You may not be eligible for the exam if you have completed 30 years of age in case of general category, 33 for BC, MBC aspirants and 35 for sc and st aspirants.
- Whatever be the exam you require preparation to crack the exam with good marks in it. The civil service exams has questions which one has studied during school days and a little more than that .
- Time management is necessary for preparing for the exams and many fail do well especially due to this.
- Having children you need to study during the time they go to school or they sleep.
- you could seek the help of your parents to take case of the children during your preparation time.
- Engage children in somework so that they do not disturb you.
- You might need to do late night preparation if there is necessity. Regular preparation only with help to get good marks
