Yes a bio student can go for an IAS exam and the exam is held in two phases and they are:
1.Prelims
2.Mains

And the subjects for Prelims are :
1.General studies
2.Aptitude
3.General knowledge.
4.History
5.Geography
6.Science
And also english is important.Also in Mains there are two optional subjects which are to choosen by you from your graduation.

Haan, bio students ye exam de sakte hain lekin graduate hone ke baad. (The requirement is graduation from any recognized university in any stream.)

Tum www.upsc.gov.in par subjects ki list dekh sakte ho.

>>3- Mujhy English speaking nai ate kya is exam me English speaking impotent hai ?
Nahin, tum hindi se bhi exam de sakte ho. Lekin English ka basic gyan jyada faydemand hoga.

>>4-Kya upsc exam ke liy coaching karna jarure hai ya khud b tyare ki ja skti hai?
Khud bhi tayyari ki ja sakti hai lekin usme bahut mehnat hai. Coaching wale achchhi tarah se guide karte hain.

>>5- 12th and graduation me kitne % hone cahiy?
Koi Minimum Percentage nahin hain. Bas pass hone chahiye.
