Graduation in any discipline is the minimum qualification required to apply for the IAS post.
The IAS or Indian Administrative service exam conducted by UPSC every year.To become an IAs officer one can qualifying the entrance exam which is consist of 3 stages such as Preliminary Exam,Main Exam,Interview.

The age required to apply for the exam is minimum 21 year & maximum 30 year of the year of the examination.

To appear the UPSC's CSAT examination, the minimum educational qualification is to pass the Bachelor degree in any discipline at any recognized university. You can definitely appear for the examination, if you have passed your Bachelor degree in Computer Science from a recognized university. The age limit for it is within 21 to 30 years. The upper age limit for it is 03 years for OBC and 05 years for SC/ST candidates. There is only 04 attempts for General, 07 for OBC and up to 35 years for SC/ST candidates to appear the examination. for this age must be a part for it that you if go for this exam your age between 21 to 30 if you are a general category and 4 chance for you .

Yes!!! Computer Science graduates are eligible for Civil Services Exam.

But you should note that Computer Science is not allowed as an optional subject for the Exam.

However you still have plenty of interesting choices to be taken as an optional subject.

Yes you are eligible.The educational qualification required for appearing in the exam is Graduation from any stream but from a UGC recognised University.Your age limit shall be within 21-30years.Your eligibility is perfect but you should decide carefully about your subject for Mains exam after the prelims.You will have to give your choice of subject at mains while filling the prelims exam form.Computer science is not among the subject list so you may have to decide between some of the other subjects preferably Geography,History or Public admininstration or any other subject of your choice.

IAS comes under civil services . For civil services examination candidates must be graduate from any recognized university and also can apply in last year of graduation. It does not matter that in which stream you are passing your graduation only it is required that you should be graduate.

Your age must be under 21-30 years , 3 years of age relaxation for BC candidates and 5 years of age relaxation for SC/ST candidates.

For giving the exam, you just need to be a graduate in any stream from a recognized indian university and your age should be in between 21-30 years
The age limit for the obc candidate is 21-33 years whereas the age limit foe the sc/st candidate is 21-35 years.
